Shearing

on strips with a width of min. 2 mm - max. 1500 mm and a thickness of 0.10 to 3.0 mm

BANDAGING

on strips with a min. width of 10 mm - max. 1000 mm to obtain strips and sheets with a max. length of 4000 mm.

It is possible to apply a PVC protective film of various colours and adhesiveness

ELECTROPLATING TREATMENTS

thermal and electrolytic tinning, electrolytic nickel plating performed on tapes, wires and plates

CUTTING

we perform cuts to size on bars - tubes - sheets - plates

PACKAGING

Our packaging is designed for maximum safety during transport and handling. Upon specific request, we produce non-standard packaging according to customer specifications. Labels containing all order-related information are attached.

Trasport

We have a fleet of 3 company trucks with different load capacities: 15-100-180 quintals with which we can quickly fulfil orders. For large distances and small quantities, we use qualified logistics companies that ensure a punctual and reliable service.

COLLECTION OF WASTE AND SCRAP METAL FROM PROCESSING

As a complementary service to customers, our company carries out the purchase of its own scrap metal.

For more than 20 years, it has had the necessary authorisations to carry out this activity:

Province of Brescia AUA nr. 529: (storage)
Lombardy Region MI 01929: (transport licence)
EU Reg. 715 certificate nr.20159: "end of waste" qualification

We have always been attentive to environmental issues. We collect the selected processing waste of our customers using strictly formalised procedures and our operating personnel are trained and qualified to manage the following cycle: transport, radiometric incoming control, visual and quality control, eventual sorting, and internal storage in special metal containers.

After this scrupulous procedure, the product obtained takes on the status of 'end of waste' and is delivered to metallurgical companies for subsequent reuse.

All scrap is completely recycled, endlessly feeding the life cycle of metals, contributing to sustainability and environmental protection (circular economy).
